When you sign the terms and conditions, you agree that our grant to you is for the project and corresponding budget described in your application. If you wish to make significant changes you must seek our advice at the earliest opportunity and certainly before these changes are put into effect. This includes letting us know if the total funds available are less than you need to deliver the funded work – you should not assume that it is acceptable to scale the project down to fit the grant size.
