Tim Joss was appointed Director of the Foundation in 2005. Previously he was Artistic Director and Chief Executive of Bath Festivals, Bournemouth Orchestras’ Senior Manager, an Arts Council Music & Dance Officer and Assistant Administrator of Live Music Now. He is a board member of the London Sinfonietta and Richard Feilden Foundation. Other activities have included Chairman of the British Arts Festivals Association. He is a Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres.

Susan O’Sullivan joined the Foundation as Grants Manager in 2005. Previously, she worked for two national healthcare charities and has over five years’ experience of fundraising and marketing.

Lara Muth joined the Foundation as Administrator from the charity Forward Thinking. Previously she has worked for a publisher, PR agency and medical manufacturer. She is a graduate of RADA and continues her drama interests.

Morin Carew joined the Foundation as Grants Administrator from the corporate sector where she worked as an Education Adviser. Previously, she worked with several charities and has over ten years experience of fundraising, events and grantmaking.
